ITS REALLY NOT THAT BAD !

I mean come on people, it really isnt that bad ! I'm not a really big fan of miley cyrus, 'wink', but i really think the media should give her a break. shes 15, shes dealing with hollywood, her parents are probably making a fortune of her, and the pictures seem "normal" to them. i understand that shes a tween idol and all that crap, but thats just the thing, she IS a TEEN, i say enough, the girl is dicovering her popularity amongest people.

i asked one of her die hard fans what she thought, my 9 year old cuzin, and she said that the pictures are a bit "dirty", but i will always love hannah...say it with me people...AAAWWWWWWWW ! :p

I'm just saying y'all, give miley a break, shes gonna grow up to become a slut anyway, why rush with all the scandles. before you know it she'll be shaving her head, and jumping in and out of rehab !!!

Smoke Till You Pop !

I rarely comment on such a topic, but this has got to stop !. the smoking epidemic has reached an all time high in Kuwait, and i honestly think people do it without knowing the consequences. so what really is "smoking' ?

Lets break it down :

Taber's medical dictionary defines it as the visible vapor and gases given off by a burning or smoldering substance, esp. the gray, brown, or blackish mixture of gases and suspended carbon particles resulting from the combustion of wood, peat, coal, or other organic matter.

Now, just looking at the definition makes me want to quit smoking, if indeed i did smoke. As many may know, the substance inhaled is non other than tobacco. Smoking, primarily of tobacco, is an activity that is practiced by some 1.1 billion people, and up to 1/3 of the adult population. Inhaling the vaporized gas form of substances into the lungs is a quick and very effective way of delivering drugs into the bloodstream and affects the user within seconds of the first inhalation...SECONDS !!

The scary thing is that people seem to know all that, and still smoke. Honestly the sight of a smoking person, disgusts me, and at times the person seems repulsive, and ugly.

I understand that its hard to quit, but anything is possible. desperate measures HAVE to be taken to achieve certain desires. But what truly breaks my heart, is the sight of a pre-teen, smoking on a cigarette, as if it was a lollipop. if that person has started smoking at such a young age, then who knows when they might stop, if they stop that is. people say that smoking helps you loose weight, and most models do it. Yes that's true, but No.1, it only increases your metabolic reactions, and No.2 models...seriously, models ! if a person does quit, then the outcome is manly positive, however, that individual will gain weight as a result of satisfying their cravings. but TRUST ME, quiting and gaining weight, is so much better,on so many levels, than smoking. I mean the message is clear people, just don't do it ! i haven't even began to talk about the environmental side of it, that's for another post :P.

But why did i write all this, well, just 5 minutes ago i was sent a group invitation by a young adult on face book, and the name of the group was I LOVE SMOKING !. Really i just don't understand why people would do such a thing to harm their bodies, and then encourage people to keep doing it by making such idiotic groups like this one.

Really you guys, this is a topic that's very near and dear to my heart, and I'm just looking out. So if your someone that i love, and your reading this,and you smoke, please...stop.

but really, I'm starting my second midterms in like a week or something. No really thought, some exsciting news; my BFF seham alhussaini aka S0os0o, aka S0os, aka bitch is coming in less that a months time, and i cant fucking wait. 0o but on a sad note, my friend yousef aka shorty, got into this really bad car accident last week, and went onto a 2 day coma. fortunately hes fine and doing great, which is a very lucky break. he didn't even have his seat belt on ! but 7imdila ina hes doing good. so yeah that's about it, till then ptyl sexy.
